The Troy Davis Debacle: A Flawed System

Thier is no need to execute 50 guilty prisons if you're just going to kill one innocent man along with them, I feel that makes no sense to do in the first place. I believe that the state does have a right to take a life but only if one the crime had occured in thier state in the first place and if thier is no question without a shadow of a doubt that the convicted person has evidence against him that proves that he did it. I don't really believe that thier is really a diffrence between justice and revenge. To quote a character named Pein in the naruto shippudden Manga series when talking about justic and revenge he said "We are but men, drawn to act in the name of revenge we deem to be justice. But when we call our vengeance justice, it only breeds more revenge… forging the first link in the chains of hatred." When it comes to the possibility of prisoners being reformed while being locked up, I believe that it can happen I mean I had some peeps of mine that changed for the better after they did thier time. Yet at the same time thier is just some people that just love to see the world burn and do things thier way without a second thought or care. The mentatily ill issue I haven't really reached my descion on yet but I will eventually, hopefully obama will still be in the office by then instead of Corp Man( Romney). Although race issues have come a long way compared to how things use to be during the 50's,60's, 70's, and to a lesser extent even the 80's and 90's we still have alot of problems to be addressed. You had revolutionaries like a Tupac, Che, Malcolm X, Jfk , Martin Luther King  etc that  tried to address these social, political, economic problems and either get GOT or KILLED by speaking their mind and voices.

Corps aren't people

I am completely against the notion and view point of seeing and considering corporations as people for quite a few legitimate reasons. First off the main purpose of the corporations is to make alot of profit and be used as a shield in case something goes wrong. They're nothing more but a sagacious tool used by certain goverment officials (cough cough Romney) as a way to promote and give much needed exposure and money to his campaign. Its just a big business that is used to selling shares to investors, its a collection of money oriented minds compared to the individual. Corporations can't breath, can't dance, can't eat, has no cognitive consciousness on its own quite so ever etc. The Corporations only have one thing on thier minds and that is to win at all cost, and in America our fundamental human values comes ahead of everything.

The Real Meaning of freedom of Speech When It comes To America

Ever Since The dreaded Date of 9/11 America has been in constant of paranoia when it comes to the possibility of musilm "terrorist" born in this very country giving out intel to Al Quaida etc about our goverment secrets and plans. It has gotten to the point where scholors of muslim descent who have opposed the United States actions folllowing 9/11 have been targeted secretly. An example this can be traced back to this past Sepetember when Anwar al-Awlaki was assasasinated by a drone attack. Anwar al-Awlaki was an engineer, and was considered a major threat by the United States because he was apparently had a high ranking in the islamic militant group of Al Quaida. As well as posting a plethora of youtube videos, blogs etc that blasted the U.S, and for the "Osama Bin Laden of the Internet". The dilema is tho despite Anwar al-Awlaki had posted many anti- american propaganda didn't he have a right since he was an american and had the right of freedom of speech  ? Isn't that one of the perks of this country that makes it great ?

Sure Freedom Of Speech is one of our countries must valued amendment and should stay as such. However, thier does come a time in which freedom of speech should be used wisely. Although Anwar al-Awlaki was indeed a U.S citizen and was educated for the most part here in this great country. Over the last several years he has veheminetly diplayed a strong distaste for us and even went so far to Yemen for lord knows how many times to conspire and give intel about his own goverment that keeps him safe at night. That is a very bold and disrespectful thing to do, especially in a Post-911 America. The man even went as far as marking our own American soliders sexual orientations !! " No respect, No respect at all "

In conclusion I believe that the United States had no right to kill Anwar al-Awlaki based on simply suspicions and allegations. It only showed how truly hypocrticial and paranoid we really are behind our bravado. Anwar al-Awlaki was an American and just like the rest of us had ever right to speak his mind o matter what even if his idealogy opposed our countries own in regards of our Post 9/11 actions. It makes you wonder if they could simply do that to one man what would they do if their was supossedly 10,000 citizens who was uder suspions for plotting something ? Would they try to exterminate those 10,000 "Threats" as an the end justify the means type deal ? A damn shame how our goverment is just strating to break apart from WITHIN. What's the point of having the amendment in the first place if you can't speak your peace without someone trying to get you GOT ?
