The Troy Davis Debacle: A Flawed System

    


             Thier is no need to execute 50 guilty prisons if you're just going to kill one innocent man along with them, I feel that makes no sense to do in the first place. I believe that the state does have a right to take a life but only if one the crime had occured in thier state in the first place and if thier is no question without a shadow of a doubt that the convicted person has evidence against him that proves that he did it. I don't really believe that thier is really a diffrence between justice and revenge. To quote a character named Pein in the naruto shippudden Manga series when talking about justic and revenge he said "We are but men, drawn to act in the name of revenge we deem to be justice. But when we call our vengeance justice, it only breeds more revenge… forging the first link in the chains of hatred." When it comes to the possibility of prisoners being reformed while being locked up, I believe that it can happen I mean I had some peeps of mine that changed for the better after they did thier time. Yet at the same time thier is just some people that just love to see the world burn and do things thier way without a second thought or care. The mentatily ill issue I haven't really reached my descion on yet but I will eventually, hopefully obama will still be in the office by then instead of Corp Man( Romney). Although race issues have come a long way compared to how things use to be during the 50's,60's, 70's, and to a lesser extent even the 80's and 90's we still have alot of problems to be addressed. You had revolutionaries like a Tupac, Che, Malcolm X, Jfk , Martin Luther King  etc that  tried to address these social,political, economic problems and either get GOT or KILLED by speaking their mind and voices.
